Tortured Forlourn is set in a small, mountainous town settled where most humans do not know about. Those that do are government officials and those that own the county. It is created by two halflings, Chance and Ausra. It provides protection from all things. From those that point and scorn the Myths, and those that wish to hunt them down. As months pass, the town grows and grows as more of the kind come to stay. More houses, and homes. Not yet small children running 'round but that time will come.
Myths from all walks of life, from Shifters to Angels, to Halflings and Vampires come to settle here. Those tired of running. For now, the small settlement is protected. But for how long? How long until humans come and ruin things like they always do.
